Overview

A well-established, award-winning business with over 40 years’ experience, designing and delivering premium branded apparel and identity solutions for some of the world’s most prestigious recognised and respected brands — spanning sport, retail, hospitality, travel and more.

We are now seeking an experienced Strategic Sales Manager – to drive profitable growth and shape the future of our client portfolio. Based in vibrant West London (with hybrid working), this is a new role, offering a unique opportunity to make a significant impact by leading on new business initiatives and fostering long-term partnerships with high-profile clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive business growth and profitability by generating new commercial opportunities
  • Collaborate with the Senior Sales Manager to set sales and revenue goals and deliver against them
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers to develop tailored branded apparel solutions
  • Proactively prospect and lead outreach via multiple channels: targeted outreach, LinkedIn, email campaigns, industry events, and networking
  • Lead consultative sales conversations with senior stakeholders and close contracts, negotiating commercial terms to maximise value
  • Represent the company externally, helping to strengthen brand presence and positioning

What We’re Looking For

  • 3-5 years’ B2B sales or business development experience, ideally within the apparel, branded products, or creative solutions industries — with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets
  • A strategic thinker with strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and excels at building senior client relationships
  • A passion for creative, identity-driven apparel solutions and an interest in how brands express themselves through clothing
  • Ideally a personal interest in fashion, apparel, or design
  • A strong understanding of sustainability trends and a belief in a “No One is Uniform” approach to bespoke corporate clothing solutions
