Are you an HR Officer seeking a new challenge? This role is suitable for someone with around 12 months of experience in Human Resources, familiar with onboarding, offboarding, and contract management processes. The contract/internship will initially last for 6 months, with the potential for a further 6-month extension. You will report to the HR Business Partner Senior Associate on a day-to-day basis.

Must have:

  • Ability to work in Central London (Mayfair) daily, 5 days a week

Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the UK HR team in recruitment, intern onboarding, benefits, and other HR projects.
  • Assisting with onboarding and offboarding activities, including preparing contracts and introductory communications.
  • Monitoring and managing tasks within Workday (HRIS).
  • Organizing, filing, and preparing HR documents.
  • Updating internal databases with intern information.
  • Posting, updating, and removing job ads on job boards.
  • Organizing HR interviews with shortlisted candidates.
  • Conducting Right to Work checks and HR inductions for interns.
  • Registering new joiners onto the benefits platform.
  • Supporting the organization of Career Fairs and related activities.
  • Assisting with employee HR queries, such as password resets.
  • Participating in other HR activities as needed.
