The Sales Manager – Telecom (UK) will drive business growth by developing sales plans, identifying opportunities, and building client relationships in the telecom sectors. The person will manage the full sales cycle, achieve revenue targets, and promote RMSI’s solutions while collaborating with internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the telecom sectors.
- Identify new business opportunities and prospects within the telecom industries, and develop strategies to acquire and retain customers in Telecom Industry.
- Foster strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing to create effective sales materials.
- Drive the sales process from lead generation to closure, including prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and contract execution.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and pipeline reviews to track progress, identify opportunities, and address challenges.
- Track and analyze sales metrics to monitor performance and drive improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and provide insights to internal teams.
- Promote solutions and generate leads at industry events and customer meetings.
- He will be responsible for order book, and will carry targets on number of customers added, funnel generated.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4 + years of experience in B2B sales, GIS with a proven track record of success in selling technology solutions to customers in the telecom industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, identify business opportunities, and drive customer success.
- Experienced in GIS solution selling, including consultative, needs analysis, and value-based selling in Telecom Industry.
- Proficient with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
