We’re working with a high-growth FX and payments business that is expanding its commercial team and are looking for a Sales Manager to take on a critical Head of Desk-style role. This is an opportunity to combine your own deal-making skills with a genuine leadership position; shaping the performance and development of a small, driven team of Business Developers.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading from the front, managing your own pipeline and closing deals in the FX and payments space
- Mentoring and developing a team of BDM's: supporting their growth, deal progression, and overall performance
- Acting as a key conduit between sales and operations to ensure seamless client onboarding and deal execution
- Running daily huddles, setting team objectives, and driving activity with a focus on quality and conversion
- Spotting opportunities to improve sales processes, team culture, and strategic targeting
About You:
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within FX, payments, or broader financial services
- Proven ability to manage and coach a small team while maintaining personal sales performance
- Natural leader and mentor; you take pride in developing others
- Strong commercial awareness and a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven fintech environment
