The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

You will work alongside both the project manager and site supervisor undertaking the coordination/administration duties on concurrent installation projects from start to finish ensuring that they achieve perfect handover. You must work within set guidelines and procedures, and especially with the project management system. You will work Monday to Friday in their office based in Dover. Working hours can be 9am – 5pm or 8:30am – 4:30pm. Due to their location, you must have access to your own vehicle.

Duties:

  • Arranging & coordinating meetings for both project managers and site supervisors
  • Forming & updating project individual programmes
  • Collating drawings, paperwork, RAM’s etc to form the site installation folder
  • Obtaining prices from various suppliers
  • Placing material orders on behalf of Project Managers
  • Daily communication with site installation teams in regards to programme performance, site deliveries etc & update software accordingly
  • Logging, tracking & chasing RFI’s issued to both clients & suppliers
  • Keep Project managers up to date with the progress of works on site
  • Collate all relevant documentation & drawings etc to form O & M Manuals
  • Scheduling resources to perform the works on numerous projects

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge and experience of administration, preferably within a construction based environment
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interface with engineers, suppliers & customers
  • Flexible, adaptable, full of enthusiasm and able to work proactively under their own initiative
  • Excellent and proven computer skills, including Word, Excel & project programming software
  • Reporting and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of project lifecycles would be advantageous
  • Be well-organised and able to work in a structured way, especially when under pressure
