Responsibilities include:

• Making sales calls to prospective and existing clients
• Participating in meetings and negotiating rates
• Creating job adverts and social media content to attract candidates
• Headhunting candidates proactively
• Coordinating interviews and extending offers
• Building relationships with clients and candidates
