Who will you be working with? Napier Turbocharger, a Wabtec Company, has an exciting opportunity for a Head of Sales to join a well-established business that designs, manufactures, and tests industrial turbochargers supplied into the Power Generation, Marine, and Rail Traction industries.
How will you make a difference? We are seeking a customer focused individual, who is experienced in managing and leading a group of key account managers for several high-profile OEM customers from around the globe. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing customer relationships and satisfaction to ensure that Napier Turbochargers is the supplier of choice for all current and new engine platforms.
What will your typical day look like?
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEM clients.
- Understand and address the specific needs and concerns of customers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience.
- Analyse customer feedback and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and report on key performance indicators.
- Develop and execute customer service policies and procedures tailored to clients.
- Coordinate with the sales team to identify opportunities for new business with existing clients.
- Prepare and present reports on customer service performance to senior management.
What do we want to know about you?
- Ideally you will hold a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer relations or account management, preferably within the OEM sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
