We are hiring a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. You will manage a caseload of customer enquiries and key accounts, providing pre- and post-sales support, technical advice, and ensuring an excellent customer experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer enquiries efficiently and within service level agreements.
  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts, building strong relationships through regular contact.
  • Provide advice and technical support on product applications.
  • Review contracts and process customer orders accurately.
  • Generate and follow up on quotations and ensure timely order acknowledgments.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Production, Technical, Finance) to meet customer needs.
  • Log and track customer complaints in collaboration with the QA team.
  • Support customers via phone, email, and online portals.
  • Occasionally attend on-site customer visits (UK, Europe, or international).
Requirements:
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in a customer service or sales support environment.
  • Confident working with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • SAP experience is a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work collaboratively across teams.
