We’re hiring on behalf of a trailblazing accessibility startup that’s building AI-powered tools to deliver sign language translation at scale — an industry first. Backed by a sharp founding team and working with cutting-edge tech (think AR, LLMs, GANs, etc.), they’re solving a problem that genuinely matters.
The Role:
- You’ll be among the first engineers joining this 0-to-1 journey, shaping a fresh codebase and making key architectural decisions.
- Design and build ML models from scratch using Python + TensorFlow/PyTorch.
- Ship features across both frontend and backend (FastAPI for now).
- Work on NLP, CV, generative AI (GANs/LLMs), and time-series models.
- Own end-to-end ML capabilities: from idea to deployment.
- Learn fast and contribute fast — no “wait and see” here.
