Join the journey at Pivotal Partners, where greatness begins with humble origins. We’re not just recruiters; we’re architects of success, striving for excellence in everything we do, feel the magnetic pull of extraordinary financial rewards, the chance to collaborate with tech's finest, and unparalleled professional growth. As our CRM Analyst, you’ll lead the complete customisation and overhaul of our CRM/database system. This role is critical to our growth — you’ll build a system that not only reflects how we operate but actively drives better performance across the sales team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Create custom pipelines, fields, automations, and reporting dashboards
  • Partner with leadership to establish CRM best practices and data hygiene standards
  • Monitor and drive consistent usage across the sales team, ensuring accountability
  • Surface key trends and performance insights from CRM data to inform strategy
  • Provide ongoing training, support, and system improvements based on user feedback
  • Act as the internal owner of our CRM — always looking for ways to improve efficiency, visibility, and value.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong experience working with and customising CRM platforms (e.g., Bullhorn or Salesforce etc.)
  • A process-driven mindset with an eye for data structure, automation, and optimisation
  • Ability to influence and drive behaviour change across sales or revenue teams
  • Comfort operating independently in a fast-paced, ambitious environment
  • Strong analytical skills and experience turning data into action
  • Bonus: Experience in a sales-led or recruitment environment

Comp: Competitive London salary.
