The Role:
Overview: DBG is seeking a leader with extensive expertise in digital-first talent management to spearhead our Digital Talent Division. As a rapidly growing company, we value individuals eager to build, innovate, and lead with purpose— not just clock in.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Shape the company's objectives, structure, processes, and vision, playing a pivotal role in our growth.
- Talent Acquisition & Management: Develop and manage a roster of high-profile digital-first talent, enhancing their public brands.
- Team Development: Lead and expand the Digital Talent Division by hiring, mentoring, and guiding a team of managers.
- Financial Oversight: Oversee the division’s P&L, ensuring financial health and operational efficiency.
- Partnership Cultivation: Establish and maintain strong relationships across the digital landscape to elevate DBG's public reputation.
- Collaborative Strategy: Work closely with existing clients to advance their digital strategies and business objectives.
- Creative Direction: Develop and implement creative strategies that align with both budgetary and commercial goals.
Skills and Experience:
- 5-10 years of experience in digital talent management or a similar role.
- Passionate consumer of digital content — you’re always scrolling, watching, and discovering the next big creator.
- Proven track record of signing, managing, and scaling digital talent careers.
- Exceptional negotiation skills, including the ability to redline and close contracts.
- Strong understanding of IP, licensing, and brand partnerships.
