Fixed hours: Looking for someone to work Wednesdays and Thursdays in Fulham & Kensington. Full-day shifts on both days. Pay’s £30 per session, with a minimum of £75 per day if you do two sessions.
Launched in 2022, Kids Fit Club provides sports and physical activity sessions for children aged 1.5 to 6 years in London. We teach the foundation of 6 sports in a warm, friendly, and fun environment. Our sessions are designed to be inclusive and open for all physical abilities and sporting talents.
We are looking for a confident and dedicated leader who is able to work as part of our growing team. We would like somebody who has a wealth of knowledge within sports coaching, teaching or childcare, and can lead a group of children to work towards their long-term development. You must have a passion for what we do and can contribute to the continuous development of the club.
Daily tasks include:
- Delivering fun, engaging and creative sports sessions for children ranging from 18 months to 6 years
- Liaising with customers to provide feedback, discuss their child's development and to promote upcoming events and terms
- Maintaining health and safety standards
- Promoting the brand in a positive way at all times
- Setting up and packing down sports equipment
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience of leading sports coaching sessions or managing a group of children within an education environment
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Be comfortable speaking to parents and children
- Able to commit to Mondays and/or Saturdays on a weekly basis
Desired Requirements:
- Be comfortable as a lead coach from the first day
- Qualifications within early years or childcare
- First aid qualification
