We’re looking for a confident and organised Internal Recruitment Resourcer to join our client’s expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting recruitment across a wide range of operational and skilled roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit candidates in line with workforce plans and project timelines
- Collect and verify training records and qualifications for candidate submissions
- Work closely with the operations team to anticipate and meet hiring needs
- Ensure all candidate documentation meets compliance and client standards
- Manage relationships with job board partners (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn)
- Advertise vacancies through social media, particularly LinkedIn and Facebook
- Confidently communicate with candidates and clients over the phone
- Promote and monitor usage of the company’s systems
- Liaise with HR and payroll to ensure smooth onboarding and right-to-work checks
- Support the recruitment team with general admin and ad-hoc tasks
