We’re working with a major UK-based organisation currently undergoing large-scale technology transformation. They are seeking an experienced IT Trainer to deliver engaging, high-quality training programmes that support the rollout and adoption of IT systems across a wide user base. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a direct impact on how new technologies are embedded across the business, helping teams work smarter and more efficiently.

Role:

  • Design and deliver user-focused IT training to support new and existing systems across business departments.
  • Develop a range of training materials including written guides, e-learning content, and video tutorials.
  • Work closely with business units (e.g. Commercial, Finance, Customer Service) to identify training needs.
  • Deliver live training sessions and support post-launch adoption initiatives.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and adapt programmes accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience delivering IT Training.
  • Great IT / Business Systems experience ideally Dynamics, SAP, ERP or Microsoft Technology.
  • Experience within Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction or Trades would be beneficial but not essential.
  • Experience developing creative, user-focused training content.
  • Confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels and tailoring training to different audiences, both technical and non-technical.
