You would be joining the core Information Security team. This is not your average infrastructure role. This is an opportunity to drive real innovation in a fast-paced, low-latency trading environment, focusing on firmwide Security projects.

  • Architecting, building, and automating Windows infrastructure
  • Working on integrating Office systems/software e.g. M365
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders—traders, developers, researchers—to understand real-time requirements and deliver robust, scalable systems
  • Monitoring and improving performance across enterprise-scale platforms
  • Owning mission-critical systems and solving complex engineering problems

Qualifications/Skills Required:

  • Deep experience with Infrastructure Security technology
  • Experience with Windows Server in a high-availability environment
  • Scripting with PowerShell (bonus: Python or other automation tools)
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, GPO, DNS/DHCP, SCCM/Intune
  • Experience in fast-paced, demanding environments—finance, trading, or similar tech-driven industries
