We’re excited to present a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Buyer to join our client—a respected residential developer known for the exceptional quality of their homes and their strong reputation as an employer of choice.

The Role

As a seasoned Buyer, you will take full ownership of the procurement process across multiple live residential development sites. Your role will be critical in ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of materials. You’ll split your time between the office and on-site, collaborating closely with both operational site teams and the office-based management team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee procurement and supply chain management across three active residential sites.
  • Source, negotiate, and purchase materials in line with project timelines and budget requirements.
  • Coordinate with site managers, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless logistics and delivery.
  • Monitor budgets, control costs, and manage stock levels to drive efficiency.
  • Foster strong supplier relationships and identify opportunities for value engineering and cost savings.
