A fast-growing SaaS start-up in the climate tech space - renowned for their "Tech for Good". Series A funded, having over doubled their revenue in the last 2 consecutive years. Spin out of one of the top 10 universities in the UK, based on decades of research and working with the government for 20+ years to create #1 product in this space. Serves 200+ clients and expanding rapidly in the UK, US, Europe, and APAC.
As the Customer Success Associate you will:
- Manage an existing client base of SMB accounts
- Facilitate onboarding, smooth implementation and drive early product adoption
- Become a trusted advisor for your clients on a global scale, building strong business relationships and ensuring they are getting maximum value and ROI from the product, whilst seeking new opportunities for upsell, cross-sell and growth
- Champion the voice of the customer internally, relaying feedback and insights to product and development teams to influence product evolution
About you:
- 1+ years Customer Success experience within a fast-paced, SaaS start-up environment
- Proven track record of successfully managing a client base, resulting in strong ROI, upsell and reduced churn
- Experience in the insurance, environmental services, climate tech or construction tech space is a bonus
The package:
- Up to £35,000 base + commission
- HYBRID - 2-3 days p/w in Central London
