We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with a deep understanding of Wealth Management and digital client experiences to play a lead role in shaping the future of how clients engage through digital channels. This programme of work will be to build out a unified platform that will empower clients with enhanced self-service capabilities, richer insights, and a consistent digital experience across services.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a detail-oriented executor, and a passionate advocate for both user needs and business goals.

The role:

  • Participate in the design and implementation of Target Operating Models (TOM).

  • Lead project initiatives to streamline processes across various workstreams.

  • Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders for effective delivery.

  • Facilitate change management and transformation efforts within the organization.

  • Assure alignment of project goals with business objectives in the wealth management arena.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Wealth Management Experience: A comprehensive understanding of the wealth value chain.

  • Core Skillsets: Proven expertise in Business Analysis or Project Management.

  • Target Operating Model IT Experience: Experience designing or implementing TOMs.

  • Lean Six Sigma Exposure: Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies preferred.

  • Product Expertise: Deep SME knowledge in areas such as CLM, Collateral, or Treasury.

  • Positive Mindset: A proactive, solution-oriented approach is essential.
