We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Leveraged Finance Associate to join our clients team in London for a European Bank. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing leveraged finance transactions, including acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and recapitalizations. You will collaborate closely with senior team members to provide strategic advice and comprehensive solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed financial analysis and modeling to assess transactions.
