We are exclusively working with a leading international (re)insurer that’s looking for a Senior Claims Adjuster to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of complex claims across multiple lines, including liability, medical malpractice, and D&O, with a focus on delivering timely, fair outcomes and exceptional service to brokers and clients.
You will manage claims from first notification through to settlement, ensuring accurate reserving, regular updates to stakeholders, and close collaboration with underwriting and finance teams. The role also involves contributing to reporting, improving internal processes, and supporting strategic initiatives across the business.
The ideal candidate will bring strong technical claims experience (including exposure to TPAs), excellent communication skills, and a proactive, solutions-focused approach. Experience in the Lloyd’s or reinsurance market and additional language skills such as French would be a bonus.
