Hartley Pensions are looking for experienced Pension Administrators to support us in an important transitional phase for the business. We are offering a highly unique opportunity for a SIPP administrator to help oversee the reconciliation of our client’s accounts and assist with the transferring of SIPPs away from the business. You will therefore play a pivotal role in company operations and in providing a high-quality service to clients during this important period for the business.
What you’ll be doing:
- Administer the reconciliation of our client’s SIPPs.
- Update clients on their SIPP valuation.
- Contact and liaise with investment providers, banks & stakeholders to get an updated statement for the client’s SIPP.
- Processing SIPP transfers out and retirement requests as per instructions from our clients & IFAs.
- Liaise and collaborate with our team of 6 Pension administrators & SIPP Managers.
- Liaise with pension schemes/providers to obtain pension information.
- Administer drawdown requests, benefit calculations, process death benefits & transfers.
- Proactively identify risk within the department and escalate any concerns to the Team Leader or the Operations Director.
Not essential but please note on your CV if you have any of the following:
- If you have experience using systems such as SIPP Pro or Platinum Pro.
- Bank reconciliation experience.
