Blue Arrow Southampton is recruiting for a 3-month FTC HR Advisor role for Elior supporting with the TUPE processes for an exciting HR project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on multiple TUPE consultation processes
- Provide expert advice and guidance to managers on a range of Employee Relations (ER) issues including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, and performance management.
- Coach and support line managers in applying HR policies and procedures.
- Deliver HR skills training (managing investigations, grievances etc).
Person Specification:
- Previous experience in a HR Advisor role, ideally within the education sector.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience of TUPE and employee relations casework.
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
Hybrid working. There would also be a mileage allowance for site visits.
