What You'll Do:
- Provide support with hospitality and events
- Step in for the head chef during absences, ensuring smooth kitchen operations
- Assist the head chef in creating, ordering, and compiling weekly menus
- Share responsibility for daily Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards
- Maintain excellence in food quality and customer service, ensuring high standards are met
