One of their flagship properties, a multi-award-winning 5-star hotel in the heart of Bath, is now seeking a visionary Executive Head Chef to lead and inspire their growing kitchen brigade. This is a rare opportunity to take the reins at a hotel renowned for its elevated fine dining and elegant afternoon teas, and is the perfect stage for a chef with a background in Michelin-starred or 3 AA Rosetted kitchens.

Responsibilities as the Executive Head Chef:
- Leading a passionate team across three key offerings: a 50-cover fine dining restaurant (dinner service only), a 75-cover all-day dining space serving afternoon tea, breakfast and light fare and bespoke menus for exclusive events
- Developing innovative seasonal menus that balance flair with quality
- Recruiting, training and developing a dynamic brigade (target team of 12 chefs)
- Working closely with the hotel's senior leadership to drive culinary excellence
- Maintaining impeccable standards across food safety, cost control, and supplier relationships
