Cisilion are seeking a Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully delivering IT projects in a managed services environment. The ideal candidate must have experience in delivering IT technical service based solutions while managing stakeholders, vendors, and client expectations. The role is a core element of the Client Services function and will partner closely with Sales and Operations to ensure services are deployed, tested and released effectively.

Key Tasks
- Main Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Project Delivery: Ensure projects are delivered on scope, on time, within budget, and meet quality expectations. Execute managed services projects such as service deployments, migrations, collaboration solutions, voice and audiovisual deployments, and system refreshes. Transitioning services into production environments, collaborating closely with operational teams and ensuring service acceptance criteria is adhered to.
- Project Management Excellence: Apply robust project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2 or PMI) and adhere to established PMO governance frameworks. Manage complex projects involving multidisciplinary teams, vendors, and stakeholders. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Technical Expertise: Leverage knowledge of Cisco and/or Microsoft technologies in project planning and delivery. Ensure Service design packages are suitable and reflective of project goals and objectives.
- Stakeholder and Client Engagement: Collaborate with pre-sales and service design teams to understand client requirements. Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Leadership and Team Management: Motivate, guide, and manage project teams to ensure successful delivery. Foster a collaborative environment among cross-functional teams, both internal and external.
- Financial Oversight: Track and manage project budgets, providing regular financial updates to stakeholders. Present profit and loss (P&L) insights and financial risks at the leadership level.
