- Experience as a restaurant/cafe/coffee shop/cafe bakery/catering manager in a busy, fast paced commercial customer facing operation
- A passion for high quality food and drink & exceptional customer service
- Experience making barista coffee
- A hands-on lead from the front approach and a real eye for detail
- A strong people manager with the ability to recruit, train & motivate a team to get results
- Financially and commercially astute with the ability to build sales
