An established and successful company that continues to trade well is looking for a cafe manager in Bath. They serve proper barista coffee and a fresh range of bakery items alongside pasties, patisserie, pastries and cakes, all made fresh and delivered daily by their in-house bakery team.

CAFE MANAGER - IS THIS YOU?

  • Experience as a restaurant/cafe/coffee shop/cafe bakery/catering manager in a busy, fast paced commercial customer facing operation
  • A passion for high quality food and drink & exceptional customer service
  • Experience making barista coffee
  • A hands-on lead from the front approach and a real eye for detail
  • A strong people manager with the ability to recruit, train & motivate a team to get results
  • Financially and commercially astute with the ability to build sales

CAFE MANAGER - MAIN DUTIES

  • Manage all day to day operations, including people, stocks & finances
  • Recruit, train and develop your team
  • Work in a hands-on capacity leading from the front
