They provide services to over 160 operators globally, with plans in 2025 to expand across new innovative products and markets. They are seeking exceptional candidates who are passionate about high performance software development. This is an exciting period of growth for the business, providing a unique opportunity for candidates to work directly with the founders and a small technically focussed team to build knowledge and skills in multiple areas.
Responsibilities
- Turning mathematical models into high performance software
- Monitoring performance through our external metrics and local performance testing
- Researching and communicating new ideas to other developers and quants
- Modify existing models to meet new customer requirements such as new market types or performance requirements
Essential skills
- Degree in Computer Science or STEM subject
- Proficient in a low level programming language such as C, C++ or Rust programming language
- Strong mathematical background
- Comfortable working in a Linux environment
Desirable Skills
- History of performance testing and benchmarking using tools such as perf and valgrind
- Comfortable exploring compiler assembly output
- Knowledge of statistical modelling and probability theory
- Interested in sports
- Familiarity with sport betting
