Responsibilities:

  • Architecting complex custom Drupal solutions
  • Adhering to Drupal coding standards & best practices
  • Creating custom components
  • Aiming to solve complex problems and troubleshooting urgent issues
  • Collaborating with project managers and development team
  • Providing actionable feedback to managers and teammates
  • Estimating level of effort for project tasks

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience of hands on Drupal development at an agency level
  • Use of Git (GitHub, Azure, GitLab) as well as dev ops tools such as GitHub Actions, Composer, or Buddy Works
  • Knowledge of hosting providers such as Aquia and Pantheon
  • Strong communicator to technical & non-technical stakeholders including clients and 3rd party vendors
  • Knowledge and interest in newest practices within Drupal
  • Performing code reviews for peers and giving constructive feedback
  • Integrating external services including payment processors, membership software, CRMs

Nice to Have:

  • Agile & scrum experience
  • Creating headless Drupal applications - including Next.JS or React
  • Experience with unit testing - including Cypress or Husky
  • Experience mentoring and leading a team
