The Head Chef will have full responsibility of the kitchen operation in delivering a quality fresh food concept. This will require a hands-on approach and ability to lead a team of 6+ and ensure the kitchen operation runs smoothly, achieving standards and profitability. You will have autonomy to develop the menu in line with the concept and ethos of the business.

Ideal candidates will have similar head chef or sous chef experience in a volume, fresh food kitchen, restaurant or dining pub, along with excellent communication and leadership skills and proven track record on effective kitchen management.

Starting basic salary is from £40,000 p.a. to £45,000 p.a. depending on experience, plus bonus scheme & company benefits.
