We're turning up the heat! An exciting new American Surf & Turf concept is firing up in Central London – think open-flame grilling, bold flavours, Michelin chefs and the best of British land & sea produce. We're now on the hunt for a dynamic Events Manager to bring the party to life!

THE ROLE:

  • As our Events Manager, you'll be the face and force behind our private and large-scale events – from bespoke corporate dinners to roaring weekend celebrations.
  • This is a hands-on role where personality matters: we want someone who thrives both on the floor and behind the scenes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Curate and deliver unforgettable events that reflect our vibrant brand identity.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key clients, brand partners, and suppliers.
  • Be comfortable on the floor during events – you're not afraid to get stuck in.
  • Take ownership of event logistics, budgets, planning, and admin.
  • Work closely with marketing and operations to drive business and build presence.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • A natural host with a flair for creating experiences corporate and private.
  • Proven background in events management, ideally in hospitality or F&B.
  • Commercially and brand savvy and confident in handling budgets and bookings.
  • A strong communicator who can build trust with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Obsessed with details, deadlines, and delivering a great bespoke service every time.
