Your key responsibilities:
- Oversee and support the daily operations ensuring each guest is genuinely welcomed and pampered during their visit.
- Deliver discreet, understated, tailored, and timely service whilst sharing your knowledge and best practice with the team.
- Remain focused on delivering excellence and seeking feedback from guests.
- Be knowledgeable of the hotel and our products and actively seek opportunities to promote them.
- Communicate regularly on the progress of tasks and consistently deliver on time to an excellent standard.
- Support the training and the development of the team.
