About the team: We're dedicated to delivering exceptional customer value and outstanding service. Our current focus is on specific B2C campaigns in residential areas, requested by the contracted clients where we educate potential customers about our brands. We maintain a positive and professional demeanour at all times, to ensure long term customer base. We value our people! It's important that the overall office environment is productive and healthy, which is why we invest so much time into getting to know people, their goals and ambitions and provide the growth opportunities for them to excel in.
What the Role Has to Offer:
- Comprehensive Coaching: Learn from experienced sales professionals through ongoing support and mentorship. You will be taught the ins and outs of how to be successful and profitable in the role through mastering the company systems and processes.
- Fun Team Environment: Join our lively team with regular social events and work trips, rewards/down time are just as important as all that graft we put in.
- Uncapped Commissions: As a sub-contracted team member, you'll earn competitive commissions per completed sale. No basic wage—just unlimited earning potential! Averages being from £450-£600 paid per week, this grows with experience, motivation and hard work!
Requirements:
- Must have a full-time work visa (if not a UK citizen). Some visas have work restrictions such as Tier 4 student visa & Tier 2 skilled work visa- these will not be accepted.
- Live close to or willing to commute to the office in Dartford.
- Previous experience or qualifications are a plus but not required, as many current team members have started with us based on their skills and enthusiasm from their studies, summer work, or volunteering work.
- English speaking skills are essential for customer interactions.
- Open to challenges with a positive attitude.
- Must be aged 18 or over.
- Must be able to commit to at least 4 full days a week, weekend availability is an option also.
