As our Catering Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the breakfast, lunch along with vending service at our client's site. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Operational Management: Lead daily catering operations, ensuring high standards in food, service, and presentation.
- Team Leadership: Manage, train, and motivate staff to deliver consistent service excellence.
- Client Relations: Serve as the main client contact, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring service delivery aligns with expectations.
- Financial Control: Manage budgets, control costs, and report on financial performance.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Supplier & Stock Management: Oversee procurement and stock to optimize cost and reduce waste.
- Sustainability Initiatives: Drive environmentally responsible practices across the operation.
About You:
- Proven experience managing catering operations, ideally within a Business & Industry environment.
- Strong background in team leadership, client management, and financial accountability.
- Proven ability to drive innovation and sales.
- Strong financial understanding, with experience in stock control and budget management.
- Commercially astute with good understanding of cost control and budget management.
- Proficient in health, safety, and food hygiene standards (Level 3 Food Safety or equivalent preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client and team relationships.
