Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a well-known law firm, based in Greater Manchester, which is seeking a Civil Litigation Barrister to join their team. The right candidate needs to have Personal Injury or Employers Liability experience. This role pays a competitive salary of £60,000 per annum.
Responsibilities as a Civil Litigation Barrister:
- You will be expected to represent claimants at trials across England and Wales.
- Undertake representation of the firm’s clients at CMCs/CCMCs, Interim Hearings, IAHs, Stage 3 portal Hearings and other forms of advocacy in claimant PI litigation.
- The majority of the work will be on fast-track cases, with opportunities to be involved in multi-track litigation.
