This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading technology services organisation, supporting key customer SaaS implementations in a support and customer-service capacity. The role is hybrid, based in London, with flexibility to work from home 2-3 days a week.
As an Associate Implementation Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the customer success team, supporting client SaaS implementations, providing technical support, and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years’ experience in a customer-focused, technical support role, ideally within a SaaS/PaaS product-led business.
The Associate Implementation Analyst will ideally have good knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence), as well as Smartsheets and Hubspot being desirable. An enthusiastic, can-do, and proactive work ethic is essential for this role.
Key Skills:- 2+ years’ experience in a Technical Support and/or Implementation Support role.
- Experience working in a SaaS/PaaS environment (Desirable).
- Knowledge of collaboration and customer services software (Atlassian, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheets, Hubspot).
- Knowledge of AML technologies and the industry (Desirable).
- Confident, enthusiastic, and proactive work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills.
