We are looking for a talented and driven Construction Litigation Lawyer with 3–6 years of post-qualification experience to be part of a collaborative and high-performing practice acting for contractors, government bodies, developers, funders, and public authorities across a range of major infrastructure and commercial projects.
What You’ll Do:
- Advise on complex disputes involving energy, transport, power, infrastructure, retail, commercial, leisure, and utilities sectors
- Draft, review and negotiate high-stakes legal documentation with precision and strategic insight
- Contribute to business development initiatives and client seminars
- Liaise directly with clients under the supervision of experienced partners
- Work on both UK-based and international matters (experience in international disputes is a plus, but not essential)
What We’re Looking For:
- A qualified solicitor (England & Wales or Antipodean equivalent) with solid experience in contentious construction matters
- Deep knowledge of construction law and a sound grasp of the relevant procedures and industry contracts (e.g. NEC, JCT, FIDIC)
