We’re working with a quietly impressive main contractor with a solid reputation and a clear vision for growth. At this stage of their evolution, they are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help them expand their presence in central London’s commercial fit-out and public sector markets, particularly in cut and carve and local authority schemes.

They’ve already got a strong delivery track record across healthcare, education, and commercial environments. But in order to capitalise on this, they need somebody who can bring in new opportunities, develop client relationships with longevity and win more of the kind of work that plays to their strengths.

Obviously, you will be a confident communicator, naturally client-facing and will ideally have experience working for a competitor operating in similar spaces. You will know your way around frameworks and procurement and will be able to demonstrate a history of winning work in cut and carve fit outs across London as well as projects within local authority settings.

Typically, you will be out and about for four days of the week, working remotely, at meetings or on sites, with one day scheduled in the office with the leadership team for knowledge sharing and updates. That level of flexibility should mean location won’t be too much of a barrier – projects are largely London based with the office based in the Northern Home Counties.

This is a great opportunity for someone who knows the market, thrives on the thrill of winning business and wants to contribute to the future of a respected, growing business.

The reward? Up to £80,000 plus a decent package and plenty of room for growth.

Sounds like a bit of you? Apply now or get in touch for a confidential chat.
