Our client is seeking a talented and driven Area Head Chef to lead the kitchen team across a small group of modern, fresh-food pubs. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking, privately-owned hospitality group from baked goods to sauces using only the finest, freshest ingredients.
Role Responsibilities:
- Full responsibility for kitchen operations across multiple sites.
- Designing and updating seasonal menus using fresh ingredients.
- Leading and training a passionate, skilled kitchen team.
- Cooking fresh food for between 250-2000 covers per week.
- Upholding the highest standards of food hygiene and safety.
- Keeping up with trends to maintain innovation in dishes and presentation.
- Working a minimum of 40 hours per week, with 2 days off including at least 1 guaranteed weekend day.
- Own transport is essential due to the multi-site nature of the role.
