A unique and renowned distilling company is looking to recruit an Assistant Bar Manager and Experience Host to support the existing team in all aspects of running this quality bar and hosting tastings and running tours.

The Role
- Lead Memorable Experiences: Host engaging distillery tour & tasting experiences, and guide guests in our Gin/Rum Schools.
- Support Bar Operations: Assist with staff rotas, training, stock control, and daily bar operations, including cocktail preparation and customer service.
- Drive Sales & Enhance Experiences: Propose and implement ideas to improve sales and operations, such as updating systems and planning events.
- Team Leadership: Ensure clear communication of shift responsibilities and support the Bar Manager in maintaining a high-performing team.
- Event Coordination: Assist with organising and managing events held at the distillery and contribute to external event planning.
The Candidate
To be considered for this role you will demonstrate a real passion for the hospitality and knowledge of the drink sector with good quality bar and ideally cocktail experience. You will be a confident communicator and enjoy guest interaction and training.
