Report to: Reception manager
We are looking for a reception team member who has a passion for delivering exceptional guest experience from check in to departure and everything in between. If you thrive in working as part of a team, if you are reliable, fun, hard-working and enjoy a fast paced working environment, with a can-do attitude then please apply.
Skills / Experience:
- Greeting guests on arrival and throughout their stay to ensure they enjoy their holiday to the full
- Great customer service skills and excellent telephone manner
- Reaching weekly and monthly targets
- Able to deal with problems and complaints face to face and over the telephone
- Computer literate, using Word and Excel
- Must have the necessary right to work documentation
- Able to communicate with other departments and pick up new skills quickly
- Able to multitask with calls, bookings, tills, swimming, merchandise and general day to day enquiries.
- Must be able to work between the hours of 9am to 7pm including weekends.
- Previous experience preferred but not essential as full training provided.
