You Are:

A Programme Director (1-year fixed term contract) with extensive experience in managing multi-workstream, highly complex digital transformations. We are supporting a global organisation with a multi-million-dollar, complex, multi-layered transformation (£50m+ contract value).

You will be joining our team who have already embarked on the ambitious programme, working closely with the CIO and other senior strategic business stakeholders and hybrid teams to realise the execution of the IT transformation.

This is an exciting, challenging and high-profile role, requiring someone with deep experience of transformation projects including people, process, and technology.

The individual must be dynamic and demonstrate the softer skills to be well-equipped to advise, help the client navigate any potential risks as well as the ability to provide guidance and direction.

The Opportunity:

  • IT Transformation of a large Global organisation including organisational change management (Managed Services, Cloud, Applications, AI, Data)
  • Multiple workstream management along with a multi-million pound P & L
  • Taking into consideration structure and regulatory requirements
  • Developing and executing strategies for operational efficiency, cultural change, and technology integration.
  • Responsible for managing the end-to-end transition and knowledge management plan.
  • Partner with multiple internal and external stakeholders to prioritize and coordinate multiple programmes simultaneously whilst ensuring global alignment of priorities
  • Managing cloud, technology, and process transformation

What you need:

  • Purpose led, value driven leader with a track record of transformation with 10+ years’ experience
  • Able to deliver on multiple priorities and take ownership for diverse workstreams ensuring smooth transition and setting up consistent high-quality delivery
  • Experience of managing highly complex digital transformation programmes
  • Ability to drive the transition in process engineering lead approach is mandatory.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills – ability to synthesize complex issues and communicate effectively to generate positive outcomes.
