Shift Manager – Busy Hotel & Restaurant – Norfolk Coast

Our client is recruiting a Shift Manager for their busy hotel & restaurant in the Hunstanton area. They are looking for a confident and personable Shift Manager with good all round Bar & Restaurant skills. This is a hands on role so you will interact with customers on a daily basis and serve food, behind the bar and reception checking guests in.

• Salary to £28-30k

• Managing Duty Shifts
• Supporting the General Manager
• Working behind Bar & Serving food

The Person

• Outgoing friendly and professional
• Good knowledge of food and wine
• Already working as a supervisor or manager in food led business
• Good knowledge of room bookings
• Ability to offer a friendly and relaxed service even when busy
