We are looking for a manager or strong assistant manager looking for a step up to head up a successful high street food retail shop in Newquay.

They serve an all day fresh range of bakery items alongside patisserie, pastries and cakes.

Is This You?

  • Experience as a restaurant/cafe/coffee shop/cafe bakery/catering manager or assistant manager in a busy, fast paced commercial customer facing operation
  • A passion for high quality food and drink & exceptional customer service
  • A hands-on lead from the front approach and a real eye for detail
  • A strong people manager with the ability to recruit, train & motivate a team to get results
  • Financially and commercially astute with the ability to build sales

Main Duties

  • Manage all day to day operations, including people, stocks & finances
  • Recruit, train and develop your team
  • Work in a hands-on capacity leading from the front
  • Maintain high standards of customer service & compliance
