My client is seeking an experienced Director of Business Systems to lead the strategy, development, and ongoing operations of our ERP and associated platforms across their international footprint. This pivotal role will focus on NetSuite and S4Hana Public Cloud, overseeing a distributed team of ~20 professionals across more than 10 countries.

You\’ll be responsible for managing global ERP/CRM initiatives, integrating newly acquired entities, and ensuring alignment with our broader IT strategy. Experience with tools such as OneStream, Kyriba, Kefron, and HRIS platforms is highly desirable.

What they\’re looking for:

• 10–15 years’ experience in international ERP leadership roles
• Proven delivery of NetSuite and/or S4Hana Public Cloud projects
• Strong background in Finance, Logistics, and Operations systems
• Track record of managing third-party integrators and service providers
• Fluent in English (additional European language a plus)
