Due to continued growth, we are looking to add a skilled Maintenance Engineer to our team based in Inverness. Key Responsibilities: Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance on a range of industrial equipment. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve mechanical, electrical system faults. Support in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Perform inspections and checks on machinery, ensuring equipment is operating at optimal levels. Work closely with production teams to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance. Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and any required updates to the system. Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer, ideally within an industrial or manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and manage time efficiently. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to respond to urgent situations promptly. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. A relevant engineering qualification (HNC, HND, or equivalent) is desirable. Experience with fault-finding and repairs across a range of machinery.
