An exclusive opportunity has arisen for an exceptional IT professional to deliver white-glove, end-to-end technology support to a high-profile executive, their board, and their families. This is a rare role for someone who thrives in elite, fast-paced environments where discretion, foresight, and resilience are paramount.
This is an initial 6-month contract, with a day rate range of £700 - £800 p/d Inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide 24/7 VIP-level IT and communications support across multiple locations including offices, private residences, hotels, and international destinations.
- Travel in advance of the executive to ensure seamless IT setup and connectivity, anticipating and resolving potential issues such as mobile data black spots, Wi-Fi limitations, and remote meeting access.
- Act as the primary liaison between the executive, their assistants, and the broader IT team, ensuring requests are managed with diplomacy, urgency, and professionalism.
- Deliver proactive, preventative support with a meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all systems are optimised for performance and reliability.
- Maintain a calm, composed presence under pressure, managing high expectations with tact and discretion.
- Proven experience in VIP or executive-level IT support, ideally within high-pressure or high-profile environments.
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills across a wide range of technologies including mobile, desktop, conferencing, and networking.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex personalities and competing demands.
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal oversight.
- Comfortable with extensive travel and irregular hours, including weekends and holidays when required.
