On behalf of a fast growing international consumer food manufacturing client, we are searching for an International Franchising Head. This role will be responsible for expanding the brand’s presence globally through successful franchising partnerships, new market entry, and implementation of franchising operation strategies across the Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific region.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develops the long-term strategies and roadmap to ensure the growth and effective management of the franchise business network
- Identifies and recruits prospective franchisees in target markets
- Develops franchise agreements and negotiates terms and conditions with potential franchisees
- Coordinates and provides comprehensive training programs for franchisees
- Develops and executes a strategic plan for international expansion, including market prioritization, entry strategies, and growth targets
CRITERIA
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or any related bachelor's degree
- More than 10 years’ experience in franchising business in the quick service restaurant (QSR) field
- Proven experience in international franchising or related roles, preferably within the same industry is an advantage
- In-depth knowledge of franchising models, regulations, and best practices
- Strong understanding of international business environments and cultural differences
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions
- Strong project management and organizational skills
