About the Role As the Director of Engineering, you’ll lead a cutting-edge platform and engineering team, driving innovation and scaling the infrastructure to power the largest and most advanced workloads. With an established platform featuring world-class technology (including a vast H200 estate), you’ll also lead the charge in optimizing operations, implementing automation, and setting new industry benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities
Platform Engineering:
Lead the transformation and scaling of a world-class infrastructure platform, setting innovation and excellence standards.
Define bold strategies to enhance platform capabilities, ensuring scalability and agility for the most demanding workloads.
Harness cutting-edge tools like Kubernetes, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, Ansible, Python, and Ubuntu to drive continuous improvement and automation.
Infrastructure Design & Operations:
Design, build, and operate large-scale, high-performance infrastructure solutions that redefine what’s possible.
Leverage advanced technologies such as GPU clustering, high-speed networking, and next-gen storage solutions to deliver unparalleled performance.
Lead a relentless focus on automation to achieve operational efficiency and set new benchmarks for scalability and reliability.
Leadership & Scaling:
Hire, inspire, and expand a high-performing team, doubling its size in the next six months.
Lead with purpose, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and adaptability.
Strategically allocate workloads across design, build, operations, and automation to deliver impactful results.
Customer-Centric Development:

Qualifications:
Proven track record of visionary leadership in platform engineering or infrastructure-focused roles.
