Due to increased success within our U.S. team, award-winning Trust in SODA is on the lookout for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant. With a focus on the US Market, this is a great opportunity to become part of a team that has had great success, and you would be given full access to SODA's clients that we have been building for 5 years.

Our SODA squad operates out of the UK (London), Ireland (Dublin), Switzerland (Zug), USA (Boston) to deliver a solution-focused, bespoke, personal service to employers and candidates across embedded, outsourced and retained hiring solutions. We are looking for a highly-motivated consultant to support both existing businesses, but also to add to the success of the team through increased client acquisition across America. No experience in the U.S. market is necessary. Unlike most U.K businesses, we are a registered company in the U.S. and have an E2 Visa, should you want to move stateside.

We are open to recruiters who have worked in any of the following markets: Software Engineering, DevOps, Cloud, Data, GTM or Cyber Security.
