About Us
We’re building the future of company creation - a full-stack AI venture studio that partners with content creators to co-found authentic, scalable software businesses. By combining AI-native development with creator-led distribution, we’re unlocking a new frontier where software is rapidly built and distributed through trusted digital communities. We aim to launch ventures 10x faster and cheaper than traditional methods using our internal AI factory: a multi-agent architecture, reusable component libraries, and a growing knowledge graph that learns from every product we ship.
The Role
As our Co-Founding CTO, you will co-lead the development of our AI-native venture studio infrastructure, owning the technical vision and delivery engine that powers our speed and scalability. You’ll have full autonomy to build a high-leverage architecture, lead AI-driven development workflows, and shape the direction of multiple product launches annually.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect the AI Factory: Design a modular, reusable software platform that enables fast, parallel venture creation using autonomous AI agents.
- Own Multi-Agent System Development: Lead development of a multi-agent ecosystem orchestrated to handle ideation, build, and GTM tasks across multiple ventures.
- Build the Knowledge Graph: Create a learning infrastructure where each venture informs and accelerates future builds via component reuse and knowledge extraction.
- Scale Through AI + Human Teams: Combine lean human engineering support with advanced AI workflows to produce high-quality, scalable code.
- Collaborate Closely with Co-founders: Partner on product strategy, experimentation, and venture validation across a high-throughput pipeline.
What We’re Looking For
- Deep familiarity with LLMs, autonomous agents, prompt engineering, and AI-native software architecture.
- Track record of technical leadership - either as a founder, principal engineer, or architect delivering end-to-end platforms.
- Strong bias toward rapid execution and experimentation.
- Passion for creator economy, AI-first platforms, and venture building.
- Entrepreneurial spirit - you’re seeking meaningful equity, not just salary.
Nice to Have
- Experience deploying multi-agent workflows (AutoGPT, CrewAI, LangGraph).
- Built or contributed to knowledge graphs or internal dev platforms.
- Previous involvement in a venture studio, AI tooling startup, or 0→1 product environments.
What We Offer
- Founding equity - you’ll be a full co-owner alongside two other co-founders leading distribution, GTM, funding, and creator partnerships.
- Immediate access to signed creators and validated market demand.
- A launchpad to build dozens (or hundreds) of AI-native startups with rapid feedback cycles.
- A chance to redefine how businesses are built in the AI era.
